If we compare the Vietnam’s Dark Culture 35 years ago and Today, it’s better a lot even we’ve read several News’ Analysis in different aspects, particularly, Vietnam has not obtained any the Democracy, Freedom and Human Right as expected.  In the Asian Environment’s complicated mutations, competitions and changes of related superpowers, the very relationship of economy has been pushing them nearer and nearer.  They’ve tried to give in each other for their own interests and welfare. 

Today, when tourists travel Vietnam or other Capitals, realize people compromise attitude, not prejudices as before.  In Vietnam, the Security Officials, for example, treat the tourists nicely even they are implementing their higher bosses‘ orders.  How to maintain in balance their jobs and how to handle well their duties are influenced them.  They’ve sent their children to overseas and Western Nations for education to be better in future.  After graduation, most of them came back and believe Vietnam must need a Plurality in Politic Regime.  In this expression, some have been put in jail, for example, Mr. Nguyen Tien Trung or others from the Democratic Small Group or 8406 Block.

If the Economic Influence is spread out fast and freely as in the United States, sooner of the people would require their Human Rights, Democracy and Freedom, even Street Demonstrations, etc…  Like in a family, the Parents are afraid of freeing their children to something, they will ask other things too.

Up to the Vietnamese traditions, children should be in discipline.  If not, they won’t respect their parents anymore.  That is the traditional habit of children management that has influenced the Government’s Policy.  In this form of national management, we may consider as the slow progressive cultural form.  They don’t expect a fast social revolution but a slow progressive adaptation for their people in the whole country, depending on people local habits and ability in general; however, their society could be improved anyway, even their next few generations.

Today, they’ve been adapting economic habit and gradually realizing their ways of life struggling and social ideology anyway.  The example is seen in the case of Vietnamese Demonstration against Red China in recent days.  We could not see these kinds of demonstrations of people in previous periods when people were poor, eating seeds in replacing rice, in the Economic Camps.  Today, their human rights are more sensible and they go demonstration anytime their interest is violated.

So, we’d not so excited, because Vietnamese’s educational level is being mutated and changed, even at a slow progressive level.  By this social economy changes, people could sooner or later pick up their better understanding of Politic Aspect as well as their Ideology for better life.  Our modern Human Rights are highly appreciated globally through mankind’s Cultural Exchanges, particularly Lac Long Culture, even slowly but they will make it.
