Bộ phận Hải Ngoại vẫn sửa chưa êm,
Bộ phận bên trong, Tiếng Kêu đòi <Nhân Quyền Dân Chủ>,
Bộ phận Nông-Thôn thì đói nghèo, thiếu lúa,
Bộ phận Kinh-Thương, chỉ thiểu số làm giầu,
<Bộ phận Giáo Dục>, Học xong, không biết <Tìm Việc> ở đâu?
Bộ-phận Quốc-Phòng bị hai ba <Anh Đại Cường>chi phối?
Bộ-phận Địa-Dư bị cắt từng phần lãnh thổ,
Bộ phận Ngư Dân, Biển đánh Cá nhỏ dần,
Tuy Tầu Cao Tốc quyến rũ Bộ-phận Giao Thông,
Song đường Thủy-Lộ, các Dòng Sông đều ô-nhiễm,
Đường Cao Tốc càng mang thêm nhiều Nợ,
Cho con cháu mình Trả Nợ mãi ngàn-năm?
Bô-phận Y-Tế, Dân bệnh nhiều, thiếu thuốc men,
Bộ-phận Ngoại Giao thì đã dần mất Bạn,
Thử hỏi <Chiếc Xe Cũ CĐCSVN > rất cà tàng cà tịch,
Không bao lâu Ai dám bỏ tiền mua?
Còn CĐCSVN cố duy trì ngồi lì < chịu đấm ăn xôi>?
Bộ-phận Kinh-Tài, ống <Dẫn Xăng> lại càng nứt rạn?
Không biết CĐCS cố-gắng thêm bao lâu nữa?
Lái Chiếc Xe đời cũ kỹ này, <đã quá Lỗi Thời>?
Mặc dù, chỉ là Tên Thợ Máy nhỏ nhoi,
Tôi tiên-đoán <Chiếc Xe Này> không bao lâu sẽ sụp!
Nó sẽ nằm đường, mang thêm nhiều Hệ-Lụy,
Chỉ vì Anh Tài Xế yếu này, kém thức-thời?
Bảo Đổi-Mới, sao chỉ dùng <Xe Cũ lại> mà thôi?

Translation:

The Stubborn Driver
& His Old Car

(Palavering, Social Poem)

We really have a Soft Cultural Revolution in our Country,
Today’s Generation is doing a Soft Cultural Revolution, consequently the Next Young Ones?
We have had the Reflection of several Senior Communist Party Members,
The 8406 Block has continued its Ideal along with the Humanities Brew Group,
Even holding the Governmental Position, VN Communist Party (VCP) is not realistic,
With its mended Ideology, naturally, It couldn’t stay stable for Vietnamese Culture?
At present, this Culture is similar an Old Car,
The Driver, without any knowledge, still tries to drive it anyway,
First, He doesn’t know anything about the Automobile Engine,
So when he repairs this corner, the other corner is broken,
The Outer Part of Overseas is not well running,
The Inter Part is protesting to request Human Rights & Democracy,
The Agriculture Part is still poor, lacking of rice,
The Economy & Business are providing only the Richness for Minority,
When the Education Part is completed, Students can’t find their Job?
While the Defense Part is influenced with oppression by 2-3 Superpowers,
The Geography Part is divided and given piece by piece,
The Fishery Part is limited with smaller Seas,
The Traffic Part seems to be attracted by the Shinkansen of Japan,
While the Rivers’ Waterways are seriously polluted,
High Debts for years will menace Vietnamese if modernizing the Train,
The Health Part is remained backward, a lot of diseases, lacking of medicine,
The Diplomatic Part has shown our Loosing of Good Friends,
Let’s ask ourselves if this Old Car can get along or not?
Who will dare to invest or to buy this Old Car?
While the VCP is still sustaining <their Punching For Taking Food Away>
Specially, the Finance and Economy Part has a lot of Leaking & Breaking Pots?
How long can the VCP resist for being survival with this <Unfashionable Old Car>?
Even I am just a humble Mechanic,
I could predict this Car will be collapsed sooner or later!
If traveling on, It will be drawn into the Road Sides with Troubles,
The main reason is the Driver is inadaptable, without appropriate knowledge?
Why does he still maintain his Old Car when he wants to Modernize It?
