US President B. Obama is persuading his two Houses of Congress when USA Debt Budget has reached its top ceiling.  It is similar A Rich Man who is in short of spending money or empty pockets even his Treasure has been spreading everywhere in the community.

Looking throughout the US History, the Government has been in persistent debts but its bankruptcy has not been happened anytime. The Capitalist Groups’ Brain has been known waverly but very super intelligently becomes the Champ.  We may make an example from the US green Dollar.  Has any country in this Globe rejected US dollars? Meanwhile, American have been always enjoying with their comfortable life.  

Historically, there are several Deficit Periods, particularly the period of President G. Bush who was sunk into the Terrorist War.  The US Dollar Pocket has been emptied into the Middle East Events.  So far, US Budget has been in deficit at 1650 billions of dollar.  The Debt to Red China has been climbing up to over one thousand billion of dollars particularly.

It seems USA has been falling in love with Red China a little, because, it has suddenly changed its enemy position to a friend one easily, hasn’t it?  In order to abandon Vietnam, US have made a secret relation with Red China, bringing its Technology and Business into Red China.  Today, USA should get along with Red China naturally and necessarily.  Economically, USA must stick to Red China and verse visa, particularly in their two facets of market:  Global and US-China Partnership.

Being the Debt Creditor, Red China is so soft and pleasing USA.  Even USA is tempered sometimes, USA stills intimates with Red China internally.  Outsiders could not understand their internal relationship, when being tempered and when being peaceful? Only when we are in their position, probably, we could comprehend them well.  Our famous poet Nguyen Du has used its talent words, “Internally Comprehending” in poem.

So, the US Debt has been understood fairly through its Economy and Business Relation when they are in need each other.  It doesn’t matter considering USA’s Business By Credit or Red China owns USA. In the poor period, Someone or A Student, came to eat free or on credit at Mrs. BaBung’s Restaurant.  When he graduated successfully, he was invited to her home to see her future nice daughter anyhow.  Well, that’s Life with its normal ways of treating each other.  So my Readers, don’t be worry, we won’t have any long war surely.  For example, the Couple love each other sometime make a big argument but when they are peaceful, they jump into bed together with each other.
