Vào Cơ Xưởng, Cá được làm sạch sẽ,
Vẫn thiếu nhiều Phương Pháp Chuẩn Vệ Sinh,
Cho nên <Cá Ba Sa> vẫn bị trả lại liền,
Nhiều Mưu-Mẹo, tuy đã khuất che Ngành Quan-Thuế,
Ta thấy nhiều Tập-Đoàn vẫn mua và Xuất-Cảng,
Các Nước Á, Âu và cả tới Hoa-Kỳ,
Với lời Bình-Luận và Dữ Kiện tinh vi,
Của du khách Teri Cerny trong Video Clip?
Nếu Cá Ba-Sa VN không mau cải thiện,
Sẽ Sập-Tiệm không lâu, Dân-Tộc sẽ khổ rồi!
Xin phản-tỉnh và Ý Thức Phương-Pháp Khoa-Học ngay,
Các Nhà Lãnh-Đạo của Việt Nam Cộng Sản,
Xin hãy biết <Giải Hoà Dân Tộc> và nhập nhiều Chất-Xám,
Nguồn Nhân-Lực VN ở Hải Ngoại hôm nay,
Cải thiện ngay Ngành Nuôi Cá kịp thời,
Mới hi vọng Non-Sông chúng ta vào Tiến-Bộ,
Qúy-Vị đã biết chọn Hướng-Đi vào Đổi Mới,
Nhưng lừng chừng, bỏ Toàn Trị Chế-Độ mình,
Làm sao Qúy-Vị có thể Quản-Trị được Quê Hương?

Basa Fish In our Mekong River

If you watch carefully the following Video
Clip of a Tourist, are we worried?
Our Infrastructure of Fish Raising has a lot of Shortcomings,
We see very few Good points!
If these Fish Products are still continued to export overseas,
The World Community will discover our Worse Quality,
Particularly in our Fish Raising System and Its Methods,
Vietnam Basa Fish Exportation would be sooner or later bankrupted,
causing our Economy backward,
First of all, please watch our Mekong River Activities,
Both of Its Banks have been polluted with Dirt Released Substance!
Including several Manufacturers’ Draining Hoses and People Stilt Restrooms,
It’s pitiful for the majority of Fishery Labors in this Area,
They are unawake and still provide this kind of fish to Groups of Enterprises,
Vietnamese Fishery Employees have never been taught about Food Sanitary,
Particularly, Food Sanitary in the Polluted Environments,
Even Fish being raised in the Lakes or Ponds are also polluted,
While the Mekong River is the Living Source of Southerners,
They have to work hard all around the year,
However, their hourly salary is not over $1 USD as observed,
In the Fishery Processing Manufacturers, Fish are processed even better,
But they have missed the Standard Fish Raising Requirements & Health Control Tests,
Exported Basa Fish of Vietnam have been rejected several times,
While Vietnamese Sale Managers have cheated the Customs,
Several Exporting Companies still buy and export this Fish,
Basa Fish have been exporting to Asia, Europe and even USA,
Mr. Teri Cerny, a tourist, has reasoned clearly data and pictures,
If the Basa isn’t improved in time, the VN Fish Exportation will be bankrupted,
The whole People will be in the hardship!
We request the Communist Governmental Leaders must recheck
and understand the Scientific Technology more,
Also, the VNC Government must know how to Compromise between the Educated
Classes in Overseas for their Specialist Need in this Food Industry,
Plus, they must improve their System of Fish Raising & Processing right away,
So that Vietnam can elevate its Food Technology & Science,
You have known how you choose New Direction for New Development,
Don’t be reluctant to cancel your Totalitarian Regime,
How could you manage effectively your Country?
When you are missing a lot of the Gray
Substance, which is the foundation for your Modern Civilization,
Please review all of the discussion, improve at once your shortcomings,
If you don’t want to be laid off from your present positions,
Only a Tourist could recognize our Country’s Shortcomings,
How could you reject your Missing Knowledge in this Area?
We’d better compromise our Resourceful Overseas Vietnamese,
The Reason is One Tree Couldn’t Make A Mountain,
Even for your Party as well as for our Country’s Survival Situation,
Vietnam at Present critically needs to get along with the Modern Globalization?
What we mean is Vietnamese Communists must return to their National Justice Road?
