An American Scholar, Mr. Douglas H. Paal has recently written, “The Chinese Are Coming”.(3)  What will they do to make us so nervous? They are a populous band of ants... Probably, they are temporarily full and strong.  Their energy is active and they have been dreaming of their Expansionism for long.

In the same subject, a Vietnamese writer, Mr. Lu Giang has also reported Vietnam is in danger.  After reading these two documents, I am so scary.  Our World War III could be possibly & finally happened.  Yes, it is possible; because Communist China has been, falling into an over population rate as well as pursuing a high ambition of expansionism.

Looking its background data, Chinese have been spreading all over the 5 continents.  You may see them everywhere in the world, even they care different ideologies.  However, we must consider human psychology which reflects normally the tendency of the Strong Pro instead of the Weak Pro.  So, Mankind would be facing the Headache Social Problem very soon, wouldn’t they? 

Now considering our near subject of our Vietnam!  Communist Vietnam has given up our Parcel Archipelago. As mentioned in Mr. Lu Giang’s article, our CVN Government has also given up some land in the Ban Gioc & Nam Quan Gate Region.  Now, CVN is facing its reality, It wants cheatingly refuse the facts?

How can the future Chinese Empire do if we are right, not wrong?  Now, how can they menace us if we are supported by the ASEAN as well as the FREE WORLD Allied Forces?  However, our Communist Vietnam Government will completely illegal to proclaim the sovereignty on the lost lands and east sea Parcels, if considering carefully CVN‘s signed documents.

Finally, our whole people must receive the Hardships being possibly happened sooner in our country land.  We hope the World Chest Game Position will release us out of this Historical Danger Period.
It has been shown that USA has reconsidered its position in the China South Sea Region even its Financial and Economic Crisis. This Oceanic Region has been influenced by USA Naval Force for long time, before the WWII, including Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, etc...  If loosing this Region, USA will face a very Dark Period.  Furthermore, the Free World Allied Forces seem still united for their power and interest in this region.

So, the form of our WWIII could be similar the WWII as before? Just because of their common interests and power, they will naturally get together.  If Communist China reflects and compromises the common interests together, the WWIII will be changed to the hopeful & peaceful Situation for the World.  However, it is still despair for our Vietnam; because CVN Leaders have mentally signed a lot of Unequal Accords with Communist China before!

In order to get ridge of these Difficulties, CVN Leaders must relearn their Home Works again.  The ASEAN & the FREE WORLD Alliances must be set up and related to get an Unbeatable Position.  Furthermore, in the Direction of Elevated Humanity Environment, CVN must return completely the Human Rights for its whole people, including domestic as well as overseas Vietnamese, to establish a Strong Union, a more Positive Patriotic Spirit to rebuild their Fatherland, meanwhile, CVN Leaders must eliminate their Corruption Habits and give up their Totalitarian Supreme Leading Rights.  Personally, only this way, Vietnam could have some Hopefulness.
