Let’s try to analyze the Reasons why so? A Rich Man suddenly becomes Poor? Similarly, a Rich Family owns a lot of Money. Not very long, they spent all, then applied for a loan, or put their house pledged. In fiction, you’ve met those kinds of families; they explained that their children caused their bad situation. They were lazy in studying without working for income. They tended to play and to ask parents for money. Similarly, we have those kinds of Nations obtaining a lot of Spoiled Children. They’ve neglected their Children’s Education and Training Part. The Children when being young, they had good behavior,
However, they gradually became spoiled and undisciplined.

In brief, the Production Components in most of the Families in that Country are not productive as their parents’ generation. After the later 4/5 generations past by fast, they are not progressive but down grading.

Now, if we look over generally the situation of our Globe today, the Rich Countries have their fixed opinion that they will be rich for ever. Therefore, their Citizen is spoiled, enjoying their money and entertainment Joyce without controlling at all. More importantly, they all have been alienated into Materialism.  Several Casinos, a lot of 5 star restaurants and hotels have been built everywhere and people spend a lot of their income without thinking anything about being poor at all. 

Tourism, parties, dating are very enjoyable while the Poor Countries have tried to work hard, produce hard and even improve in education & training. In our world experience, a Singapore, a Japan, a South Korea and even West Germany have become well know Economy Dragons with considerable accomplishments in their economy. Their Social Welfare has been better than the time of WWII.  

Today, Communist China and several Other Countries in Asia and Africa have been emerging to follow their Developing Direction considerably, like Brazil, Indonesia, South Africa or India… They are well known with their Economy and Finance Management Skill.  Therefore, these previous poor Countries have just changed their fate to improve in the Region while USA, Germany, France, UK and Italy have been deficit in their National Budget and Trade Balance.  They start to be bigger debtors in the world and their unemployment rate is high. Their Production Need has been delayed due to their product price which is higher than the same one of the Developing Countries.

The main reason is their labor hour is more expensive than the other countries in the region.  In addition, they have to support poor class of people without producing increases the federal deficit level, meanwhile their Government has not found any balance solution.  The Federal Government scares about the Rich Class dissatisfied, etc...

The above reasons have contributed into the Unbalance Status of their Social Needs, causing their Economy in Crisis, in higher Debts.  Their Annual Balance Sheet is shaking and their Net Earnings are negative.   That is really the Phenomenon of a Rich Family when being collapsed or backward.  On the contrary, the Developing Nations obtain Surplus Trade Balance, like Communist China, Brazil, South Africa and some other small Countries.  They are in the direction of improving more and more exportation while their Citizen is still saving their income for investing more and more.

The Above Picture is the Phenomenon of Mutating the Position between the Rich and Poor Countries along with the Laws of Nature, Isn’t It?  However, we must also consider the Leading Class of these Countries to see if they still maintain their Corruption Policy or not.  This Bad Habit could possibly make their Developing Economy collapsed anyway, particularly in the Totalitarian and Dictatorial Countries today.  Beside their disregarding of  Human Rights, their polluted environments in quick industrialization, they may issue more unexpected policies without Human Love, like their Economy is full of Unsanitary Food and Products, their Military & KGB Forces are forceful as in previous Soviet Period,  with Cruel Action over Protestors for Freedom and bully Small Countries in the Region, causing Terrorist and Unsecure Status for our  whole World Community as well! Well, this is the very time when they can’t be arrogant anymore.  Due to the Natural Laws, they themselves cause their collapse.  Similarly, in the WWII, Germany-Japan-Italy did learn & reflect their historical lesson?
