What do you think of these 2 areas, Human Hope & Their Life?  In the World War I, the total of human beings died is totaled up to 16 millions.  In the World War II, the death number was multiply raised up to 60 millions. For the Cold War, we believe the number of humans beings died could be 100 millions, due to several Social Revolutions happened in several nations.

Only the Vietnam War between Communist Side and National One, the statistical dead number reached up to 6 millions, including different civil residents and civil classes fighting victims. Finally, the two blocks divided their country into 2 different cultural Regions and the Ben Hai River was the border of Vietnamese Communists and Nationalists.

The Cold War is the War of Ideologies.  Their Conflicts could begin with the two different Social Doctrines, Capitalism and Communism, particularly in Bolshevik Party of Russia. Mr. Ho Chi Minh was trained from Russia from the beginning period of the Cold War.  After the No 1 Communist Leader, Lenin, passed away, the 2nd Leader, Mr. Stalin, assumed the leadership of the Soviet Federal Union of the Globe.

The Division between the 2 Global Ideologies has last from 1945 till 1991 when the progressive leader Gorbachew created in time a Reconciliation Movement, called Perestroika, seeking a Freedom, Democracy for Russia and engaging into the Capitalist Economy Market. This Policy actually saved Russia, because the Communist Social Foundation, like a train, had been derailed and caused poorer economy for their labor force, if still following the Theory Regulations of Communism.

Today, the Capitalism has been progressing and it has known how to reconcile Human Beings’ Interests as well as Noble Humanity.  After the Soviet Block collapsed, Communist China spit out and maintained Communist Theory, together with some other Nations as Vietnam, North Korea and Cuba.  Capitalism became stronger and solid.  Even some Remaining Communists Nations have also turned around and adapted into the Capitalist Economy Market for being survival.
What does that mean?  They have recognized how to adapt and return to the right direction. Naturally, the two Ideologies had so many differences & conflicts at the beginning, but now, they have been opening their borders to exchange and compromise their cultural differences for being peaceful and survival.  We may consider all Nations on Earth, like various Neighborhoods, have been adapting and imitating each other for progressiveness.   We may call this Period, the Period of Copying Each Other.  Several Products and Commodities are very similar.   All Nations are following the same economy activities, like Trading, Investing, Diplomatic & Cultural exchanging etc, but their Competition becomes very critical.  However, Wars still remind Mankind the wise lessons.  So they must follow for their safety and interdependence.

In this period, Nations debate and discuss each other several aspects, like Economy, Politics, Culture, and Diplomatic Relations.  Domestically, people are more educated and intelligent.  They can realize Good Points and Justice.  Therefore, for a further vision in future, we may believe Mankind will be wiser and wiser in their action.  This also means Human Justice will be promoted & cohabited among the West and the East Cultures with sincerity.

The reason is easy to understand.  If they apply wars, both sides are killed.  If they know how to compromise and cohabite together, they may share Peace and Happiness.  With this reason, we may Hope & Believe Mankind is starting a New Era of Synthesis and sharing their Welfare.
