Just looking at the Red China’s Defense Budget, not only the Southeast Indochinese Nations are worrying, but all other ones, from the Orient to the West are being warned too, particularly their Interests in their long time Trading Relationship. It should be known Red China’s public propaganda mentioning about its Modernization of its Weaponry and Military Force in order to realize its Superpower Ambition. 

We may consider strictly only its 3 aspects now, such as Economy, Military Force and Diplomatic Policy.  Red China has expanded its Activities even in Africa, South America and Asia as well.  Its Trading Policy, with propaganda of helping Poor Countries, has mostly aimed at gaining all their Natural Resources and expanded its Market to other Regions in the world.  In Asia, it is clear that Red China has declared its Sovereignty over the East Sea Tongue Region and actively protected the Yellow Sea of both the North and South Koreas.  Its recent aggressive Activities have worried several adjacent Nations of the South East Asia, including India, Japan and Taiwan.

Red China has been infiltrating by its attractive Trade Policies into several regions, including its Bullet Train Systems.  All have aimed at its Expansion Ambition.  Red China has gradually occupied the whole archipelago of Parcels Islands in Vietnam and recently Vietnamese Nam Quan Gate area.  With its strategy of Corruption, Red China has won different Contracts, such as the Exploitation of Bauxite in Vietnam Highland Region and 50 year of Exploitation of Vietnam’s Jungles’ Industrial Trees.

Besides, Red China has built several Electric Damps along the Mekong River, regardless of several damages for Vietnamese people living in the Areas along both sides of this river.  In Tibet and Muslim Uruguay Regions, Red China has oppressed the people without considering their Human Rights for several years.

At present, due to Red China’s Overpopulation, the Communist Government has issued its Immigration Programs toward several far areas in the world.  In the West, a British Journalist Martin Jacques wrote a Book, named when China Rules the World and he predicts in 30 years, Red China could be the Leader of our World, passing by USA. This is a Domino Expanding Plan will be implementing for several years in future, Red China Ambition is not only aiming at Economy, Finance but also Cultural Influence.

However, we must know that not only Red China Pre Superpower but also the Other Ones carrying this Ambition today or in the Future of Mankind. However, we also know that today, Mankind has actually waken up intelligently and protested their Human Rights and their Sovereignty any time.  We observe the whole Northern African Strip and the Arabian Nations’ Protesters on the streets requesting their Human Rights and Justice.

It would be right that our World People have considered the World History in the past and found out their appropriate Judgments to face against each Social Event and Environment Change.  Their Main Objective is their just Human Rights and Welfare that are always their Critical Need today.  Our World Community has been also considering the Good Quality since our old and newly historical periods anyway.

So many Human Civilizations, through time, having been merged and collapsed, like Old China, Egypt, Rome and Colonist One, etc.., if they are unqualified in Human Morality Requirements.

In brief, we could understand A High Character Man will be always promoted and He will win the Bad Character One.  Personally, it seems the Natural Laws have been establishing on our Human Journey Road a Formula of Mankind Diversified Harmony on Earth.  Which One having Good Character will always win the Bad One?  Is this true that is the Everlasting Best Proverb for Noble Men and for any Superpower on this Globe also?
