Tôi có một giấc mơ,
đến một ngày
trên thế gian
sẽ không còn
cộng sản.
Khi ấy, người nông dân quê
tôi
sẽ không còn lam lũ ngoài
đồng nắng
chang chang
ướt đầm áo giọt mồ hôi
bão tố gió mưa
đơn côi
trên đồng quạnh vắng
cho lúa được vàng bông
trĩu hạt !
Nhưng,
phải cống nạp nuôi chính
quyền độc tài cộng sản
hơn (một) nửa mất rồi,
Còn đâu !
Khi ấy, người trí thức nước
tôi
sẽ tự nhiên cất lên lời
chân thật
Vì chiếc còng số 8
và điều luật số 88
đã bị đánh bật
ra khỏi tư tưởng
cùng với nó là điều luật
số 79, 87,
và 258 … (1)
quái dị đến thiên tài !
là đặc sản của nước chúng
tôi
và những nước anh em xã hội
chủ nghĩa khác
Hỡi ôi !
Anh em ư ?
Liên minh ma quỷ thì đúng
hơn !
sánh bước cùng nhau
chiếm đoạt âm ti
cho riêng mình,
mãi mãi !
Khi ấy, văn nhân và nghệ sỹ
nước tôi
sẽ tuôn tràn cảm xúc nghĩ
suy
mà không phải
tụt nó xuống (người ta vẫn
thường hay nói “Tụt cả cảm xúc !”)
dấu nó đi,
treo nó lên,
túm nó lại,
hoặc đơn giản hơn
là
lờ nó đi.
Coi như mình chẳng có cảm
xúc nghĩ suy gì
chân thật cả !
và khi ấy,
nền thi ca nghệ thuật
ở xứ sở tôi
sẽ trỗi dậy
dẫu phải làm lại từ đầu.
Nhưng
một bước chân thôi
trên con đường chân thật
(nếu bạn cả gan dám bước vào)
cũng đã ngất ngây rồi !
Thật đấy !
Thử mà coi !
Khi cộng sản không còn bóng
dáng
trên quê hương tôi
thì người luật sư
sẽ thật sự
là trái tim của nền dân chủ
!
Hùng biện, diễn thuyết
tranh luận, bào chữa
mà không sợ
bị tống vào tù
chỉ vì không chịu
xuẩn ngu
ca ngợi băng đảng cộng sản
quang vinh muôn năm ? ! ? !
và một cái xác ướp điêu
toe (làm bằng composite)
là vĩ đại,
là chân lý duy nhất
của trần gian.
Khi ấy,
sẽ không còn những gian nan
của người công nhân lao động
lầm than
với đồng lương rẻ mạt
như không thể nào rẻ hơn
được nữa !
Và sẽ không còn những khổ
nạn
mà giới tu sĩ chân chính phải
gánh chịu
vì thường xuyên mắc phải
cái tật
trót dại ? ! ? !
cứ đòi tự do tôn giáo và
tín ngưỡng
lại còn tơ tưởng ! ? ! ?
đòi thêm
những tài sản bị chiếm
đoạt bất công
để thờ phượng
Đức Chúa trời, là Ông Trời,
là Thượng đế
là Đấng Tạo hóa
của chúng ta
và hỡi ôi,
cũng là của người cộng
sản nữa !
Vì Người là đấng ban sự
sống
của muôn loài !
Vậy thì, những người cộng
sản hỡi,
nếu các người vẫn còn sống
thì chắc chắn điều đó
phải có ý nghĩa rồi ! (Tôi
vẫn biết thế mà.)
Đó là
để cho những người có lương
tri
và chút quả cảm còn sót
lại,
chút tự trọng còn rơi rớt
lại,
chút danh dự
bỗng dưng được tìm thấy
sau một thời gian bị thất
lạc (khá lâu !)
“lên án mạnh mẽ”
và
“kịch liệt phản đối”
chế độ độc tài cộng sản
tàn ác dã man,
thâm độc mọi rợ,
ngu dốt vượt trội,
xa xỉ bậc nhất,
hoang tưởng cực độ,
NÓI DỐI THÀNH THẦN !
v…v…và…v…v !
Khi ấy,
mọi người sẽ lại tìm thấy
Ý nghĩa của cuộc đời mình
là
Phải sống cho nhau
và biết hy sinh vì đồng loại,
là người anh em của mình
do Đấng Tạo hóa
hằng ban,
Yêu thương !
Tôi có một giấc mơ
chưa chắc đã thành sự thật
trong đời mình,
và tôi dám nói ra /tiết lộ
/chia sẻ /tâm sự
kêu gào thảm thiết
một cách mạnh mẽ và công
khai
cho mọi người cùng biết
rằng:
Tôi không câm,
Có tai không điếc,
Có mắt chẳng mù,
và một trái tim (chẳng may)
vẫn còn rung cảm
một lương tâm không bị sún
vì chưa gãy hết răng
(nó cắn rứt tôi mỗi ngày
!
Có Chúa chứng giám cho tôi
điều ấy !)
cái đầu vẫn còn biết suy
nghĩ
và mơ mộng
về những điều cao siêu,
nhưng thật ra thì đơn giản,
là
Tính trung thực và Lòng dũng
cảm
nền tảng đạo đức
của con người !
Nhưng,
Ai ?
Sẽ tái lập và gìn giữ
Điều này ?

* Công an mỗi khi sỉ
vả tôi thì thường gọi tôi là “Đồ oắt con, con nhãi ranh,
đồ nhãi nhép, mấy cái tuổi ranh...v.v…mà phạm tội tày
đình”. Tôi quyết định là sẽ không coi cách công an gọi
tôi như vậy là một tội lỗi của cá nhân họ với riêng
tôi, vì xét thấy: mình cũng trẻ thật (hồi ấy, 2006, mới
27 tuổi), thôi thì cứ coi mình là oắt con tép riu cho nó vui
!?!?
Quý bạn, quý vị giỏi về
ngoại ngữ xin vui lòng dịch ra tiếng các nước vẫn còn nằm
dưới sự cai trị của độc tài cộng sản, và chuyển đến
họ như là một sự chia sẻ nhỏ bé của những người cùng
khổ đồng cảnh ngộ.
Xin hàm ơn rất nhiều!

I have a dream
that one day
on earth
there will be no more
communist.
Then, my village peasants
will not have to work hard on the
rice field
under the hot burning sun
soaked in sweat
in the rainy storm
lonely
on the empty rice field
so the grain will be ripe
and full
But
more than half must be given to
feed the dictator communist government
What's left !
Then, my country's scholars
will raise their voice to the truth
Because the figured 8 handcuff
and the provision 88 of the legal
statute
will have been expunged
out of our thoughts
with it are the provisions 79, 87,
and 258... (2)
abominable forever !
are the unique products of our country
and of other socialist brethrens'
But
Comrades?
An evil axis to be more accurate
!
walking together
they usurp the wealth
to themselves
to eternity !
Then, my country's poets and writers
will flood their thoughts fully
without
suppressing them,
hiding them,
hanging them, bagging them,
or simply
forgetting them
pretending that
they don't have any honest thoughts
at all !
And then,
the poems and songs
from my country
will flourish
even if they have to start all over.
But
a single step
on the honest path (if you dare
to join)
is enough to overwhelm you !
Really !
Try it !
When there is no longer a communist
shadow
in my country
then the lawyer
will truly be
the heart of democracy !!
deliver eloquent speech, lecture
debate, defend
without being afraid
to be thrown in jail
because refusing to be
dumb witted
to praise and glorify the communist
gang ? ! ? !
and a decomposed corpse (made of
composite)
to be great,
to be the only truth
on earth.
Then,
there will no longer be hardship
of the hard working labors
with the dirt cheap salary
that cannot be any cheaper !
And there will no longer be any more
calamity
that the spiritual leaders have
to endure
because of their stubbornness
and of their characters
to be foolish enough
to demand for freedom of religions
and religious beliefs
and even dream
to demand for
the confiscated properties that
were taken unfairly from them
in order to worship
God, the Almighty, the Lord
Is our Creator
and also
the Creator of the communists, too
!
'cause He is the One who gave life
to all the livings !
Therefore, the communists,
if you are still breathing
then definitely that notion
must be meaningful ! (I know it
does).
So that
for those who still have conscience
and some bravery left,
and some self-respect,
some honor
that they unexpectedly found
after having lost it (for a long
time!)
"strongly condemn"
And
"fiercely oppose"
the communist dictatorship regime
ruthless and uncivilized,
wicked and barbaric,
ignorant at best,
lavishing the most,
delirious to the extreme,
SKILLFUL DECEIVING GODS !
etc., etc., etc., ...!
Then,
everyone will find
the signification of their lives
will be
to live for each other !
And to sacrifice for the human race,
for our brothers and sisters
created by our Creator
with Love !
I have a dream
that may not come true
in my life time,
and I venture to say/disclose/ share
cry out tragically
strongly and openly
to everyone to know
that:
I am not a mute,
I have ears and not deaf,
I have eyes and not blind,
and I have a heart (unfortunately)
that still vibrates
a conscience that is not edentulous
because it still has teeth
(it bites me every day !

and dreams
about the things that are sublime,
but they are really simple things,

* The police, when insulting
me, usually call me "the little brat, the little devil, the little kid,
... too young but already committed serious crimes". I decided that I will
not consider it a sin of whatever names they call me because, when I look
at myself, I am truly very young. So, I call myself "The little insignificant
krill" just for fun ! ? ! ?
To all with fluency in foreign languages,
especially in Chinese, Korean and/or Cuban, please accurately translate
this poem to help me reach out to the oppressed people that currently live
under the Communist regime like myself. I long to share and connect with
these overseas friends my deep horrendous pain of being a bird in the cage
for decades.

RÊVE

Hanoi, Vietnam)
J’ai fait un rêve!
Je rêve qu’un jour le communisme
ne règnera plus sur le monde.
Ce jour-là le paysan de mon pays
ne peinera plus sous le soleil brûlant
trempé de la tête au pied de sueur
de pluie et d’intempéries
solitaire au milieu d’un champ
désert
attendant que mûrisse le paddy
blond aux lourds épis!
Mais…
Il devra payer un lourd tribut au
régime tyrannique
qui lui prend plus de la moitié
de sa récolte,
que lui restera-t-il?
Que vienne ce jour, où les intellectuels
de mon pays
pourront parler librement
et dire les mots de vérité
Car ce jour-là le nombre 8 des
menottes et l’Article 88
auront été expurgés de la tête
des gens
en même temps que les Articles
79, 87, et 258…(3)
ces monstrueux produits de génie
dont seul notre pays
est capable à l’égal d’autres
pays frères socialistes
Hélas! Sont-ils vraiment frères?
Plus exactement c’est une alliance
diabolique de malfaiteurs
qui marchent la main dans la main
pour s’emparer de l’Enfer pour
eux seuls et pour toujours!
Que vienne ce jour, où les gens
de lettres et artistes de mon pays
pourront donner libre cours et sans
entrave
à leurs réflexions et émotions
(n’a-t-on pas l’habitude de
dire: “refrène tes émotions!”)
sans plus les cacher,
les suspendre,
les ligoter,
ou plus simplement,
les ignorer!
Comme si l’on avait aucune pensée
ou émotion sincère!
Que vienne ce jour, où les arts
et les lettres de mon pays
resurgiront même s’il fallait
repartir à zéro
Mais mon ami, il suffit de faire
juste un pas
le premier sur le chemin de la vérité
(si tu oses le faire)
pour t’enivrer!
C’est vrai! Essaies, et tu verras!
Quand l’ombre du communisme aura
cessé de planer sur mon pays
alors l’avocat sera véritablement
le Coeur même de la Démocratie!
Plaidant avec éloquence, arguant
et défendant sans relâche
sans peur d’être emprisonné
pour avoir refusé de chanter stupidement
la gloire immortelle de la mafia
communiste
et d’honorer une fausse momie
(faite de matériau composite)
comme un grand homme
proclamant la seule et unique Vérité
de l’humanité.
Que vienne ce jour, où les travailleurs
de mon pays
ne connaîtront plus les tribulations
sans fin
et où leur labeur ne sera plus
payé
d’un salaire de misère inconnu
partout ailleurs dans le monde du travail!
Alors auront disparu les tracasseries
et harcèlements
dont ont trop longtemps souffert
mauvaise habitude ou naïveté innée?
les vrais hommes de religion
pour avoir exigé en plus de la
liberté de croyance,
la restitution des biens illégalement
confisqués des Eglises…
afin de rendre un juste culte à
Dieu,
au Seigneur du Ciel,
à l’Etre Suprême,
au Créateur qui nous a faits, nous
et… les communistes avec!
Car Il est Celui qui donne la vie
à toute créature!
Ecoutez donc, oh vous les communistes,
Si vous êtes encore vivants, alors
cela doit assurément avoir un sens!
(je l’ai toujours su)
Cela doit être ainsi:
s’il vous reste encore un peu
de conscience et de courage,
et ne serait-ce qu’un peu de respect
de soi et d’honneur soudain retrouvés
après les avoir perdus (trop longtemps!),
c’est à vous d’élever la voix
pour “condamner fortement” et “protester
vigoureusement” contre un régime
tyrannique et barbare, cruel et sauvage,
caractérisé par une ignorance
crasse,
un gaspillage inégalé, une utopie
insurpassable,
et par-dessus tout UN MENSONGE CONGÉNITAL!
etc. etc.!
Que vienne ce jour où chacun retrouvera
le sens de la vie
qui est de vivre les uns pour les
autres,
en acceptant de se sacrifier pour
ses semblables
qui sont des frères et soeurs donnés
en cadeau par le Créateur dispensateur d’amour.
J’ai fait un rêve
qui pourrait ne pas se réaliser
dans ma vie
pourtant j’ose le dire,
l’exprimer,
le révéler,
le partager,
le confesser,
le crier de toutes mes forces sur
les toits
pour que tout un chacun le sache.
Je ne suis point muette,
j’ai des oreilles et ne suis point
sourde
j’ai des yeux et ne suis point
aveugle
et un cœur (qui malheureusement)
est encore doué
de sentiments
une conscience encore intacte
qui n’a pas encore perdu toutes
ses dents
(elle me mordille chaque jour, Dieu

une tête qui sait encore penser
et rêver de choses nobles –
nobles et pourtant vraiment simples

tels que la Fidélité et le Courage
les fondamentaux de la morale humaine.

(1) Luật Hình Sự Cộng
Sản Việt Nam
Điều 79. Tội hoạt động
nhằm lật đổ chính quyền nhân dân
Người nào hoạt động thành
lập hoặc tham gia tổ chức nhằm lật đổ chính quyền nhân
dân, thì bị phạt như sau:
Người tổ chức, người xúi
giục, người hoạt động đắc lực hoặc gây hậu quả nghiêm
trọng, thì bị phạt tù từ mười hai năm đến hai mươi năm,
tù chung thân hoặc tử hình.
Người đồng phạm khác thì
bị phạt tù từ năm năm đến mười lăm năm.
Điều 87. Tội phá hoại chính
sách đoàn kết
Người nào có một trong những
hành vi sau đây nhằm chống chính quyền nhân dân, thì bị
phạt tù từ năm năm đến mười lăm năm:
a) Gây chia rẽ giữa các tầng
lớp nhân dân, giữa nhân dân với lực luợng vũ trang, với
chính quyền nhân dân, với các tổ chức xã hội;
b) Gây hằn thù, kỳ thị,
chia rẽ dân tộc, xâm phạm quyền bình đẳng trong cộng đồng
các dân tộc Việt Nam;
c) Gây chia rẽ người theo
tôn giáo với người không theo tôn giáo, chia rẽ các tín đồ
tôn giáo với chính quyền nhân dân, với các tổ chức xã
hội;
d) Phá hoại việc thực hiện
chính sách đoàn kết quốc tế.
Phạm tội trong trường hợp
ít nghiêm trọng thì bị phạt tù từ hai năm đến bảy năm.
Điều 88. Tội tuyên truyền
chống Nhà nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam
1. Người nào có một trong
những hành vi sau đây nhằm chống Nhà nước Cộng hòa xã
hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam, thì bị phạt tù từ ba năm đến
mười hai năm:
a) Tuyên truyền xuyên tạc,
phỉ báng chính quyền nhân dân;
b) Tuyên truyền những luận
điệu chiến tranh tâm lý, phao tin bịa đặt, gây hoang mang
trong nhân dân;
c) Làm ra, tàng trữ, lưu hành
các tài liệu, văn hoá phẩm có nội dung chống Nhà nước
Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.
2. Phạm tội trong trường
hợp đặc biệt nghiêm trọng thì bị phạt tù từ mười năm
đến hai mươi năm.
Điều 258. Tội lợi dụng
các quyền tự do dân chủ xâm phạm lợi ích của Nhà nước,
quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp của tổ chức, công dân
1. Người nào lợi dụng các
quyền tự do ngôn luận, tự do báo chí, tự do tín ngưỡng,
tôn giáo, tự do hội họp, lập hội và các quyền tự do dân
chủ khác xâm phạm lợi ích của Nhà nước, quyền, lợi ích
hợp pháp của tổ chức, công dân, thì bị phạt cảnh cáo,
cải tạo không giam giữ đến ba năm hoặc phạt tù từ sáu
tháng đến ba năm.
2. Phạm tội trong trường
hợp nghiêm trọng thì bị phạt tù từ hai năm đến bảy năm.

participants or those who cause serious consequences shall be sentenced
to between twelve and twenty years of imprisonment, life imprisonment or
capital punishment;
2. Other accomplices shall be subject
to between five and fifteen years of imprisonment.
Article 87.- Undermining the unity
policy
1. Those who commits one of the
following acts with a view to opposing the people’s administration shall
be sentenced to between five and fifteen years of imprisonment:
a) Sowing division among people
of different strata, between people and the armed forces or the people’s
administration or social organizations;
b) Sowing hatred, ethnic bias and/or
division, infringing upon the rights to equality among the community of
Vietnamese nationalities;
c) Sowing division between religious
people and non-religious people, division between religious believers and
the people’s administration or social organizations;
d) Undermining the implementation
of policies for international solidarity.
2. In case of committing less serious
crimes, the offenders shall be sentenced to between two and seven years
of imprisonment.
Article 88.- Conducting propaganda
against the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
1. Those who commit one of the following
acts against the Socialist Republic of Vietnam shall be sentenced to between
three and twelve years of imprisonment:
a) Propagating against, distorting
and/or defaming the people’s administration;
b) Propagating psychological warfare
and spreading fabricated news in order to foment confusion among people;
c) Making, storing and/or circulating
documents and/or cultural products with contents against the Socialist
Republic of Vietnam.
2. In the case of committing less
serious crimes, the offenders shall be sentenced to between ten and twenty
years of imprisonment.
Article 258.- Abusing democratic
freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the State, the legitimate rights
and interests of organizations and/or citizens
1. Those who abuse the rights to
freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of belief, religion, assembly,
association and other democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests
of the State, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and/or
citizens, shall be subject to warning, non-custodial reform for up to three
years or a prison term of between six months and three years.
2. Committing the offense in serious
circumstances, the offenders shall be sentenced to between two and seven
years of imprisonment.

Quiconque, en vue de renverser le
pouvoir populaire, crée une organisation insurrectionnelle ou y participe,

insurrectionnel, d’y provoquer autrui ou d’y participer de manière
active ou en causant de graves conséquences, est puni d’un emprisonnement
de douze à vingt ans, de la réclusion à perpétuité ou de la peine

2. D’autres complices sont punis
de cinq à quinze ans d’emprisonnement.
Article 87. Entraves à la mise
en œuvre des politiques de solidarité
1. Le fait de commettre l’un des
actes décrits ci-dessous en vue de s’opposer au pouvoir populaire est
puni de cinq à quinze ans d’emprisonnement:
a) Provoquer la discorde entre les
couches sociales, entre les citoyens et les forces armées, les collectivités
publiques ou les organisations sociales;
b) Provoquer la rancune, la discrimination,
la discorde entre les communautés ethniques, porter atteinte à l’égalité
des communautés ethniques du Vietnam;
c) Provoquer le schisme entre les
religieux et les areligieux, entre les religieux et les collectivités
publiques ou les organisations sociales;
d) Entraver la mise en œuvre des
politiques de solidarité internationale.
2. Dans les cas les moins graves,
l’infraction est punie de deux à sept ans d’emprisonnement.
Article 88. Propagande contre l’Etat
de la République socialiste du Vietnam
1. Le fait de commettre l’un des
actes décrits ci-dessous en vue de s’opposer à l’Etat de la République
socialiste du Vietnam est puni de trois à douze ans d’emprisonnement:
a) Diffuser de fausses informations
de nature à dénigrer les collectivités publiques;
b) Propager la version d’une guerre
psychologique et diffuser des informations inventées en vue de déconcerter
la population;
c) Produire, détenir, diffuser
les documents, les produits culturels ayant un contenu opposable à l’Etat
de la République socialiste du Vietnam.
2. Dans les cas les moins graves,
l’infraction est punie de dix à vingt ans d’emprisonnement.
Article 258. Atteintes aux intérêts
de l'Etat ou aux droits et intérêts légitimes des groupements ou des
particuliers par abus de ses droits et libertés
1. Est puni d'un avertissement,
d'une rééducation sans détention jusqu’à trois ans, ou d’un emprisonnement
de six mois à trois ans, le fait, pour toute personne, par abus de ses
libertés d'expression, de presse, de croyance, de religion, d'association
ou de tout autre droit et liberté, de porter atteinte aux intérêts de
l'Etat ou aux droits et intérêts légitimes des groupements ou des particuliers.
2. Ce fait est puni de deux à sept
ans d'emprisonnement lorsqu'il aura un degré de gravité important.
