Professor Igor Panarin, Russia, predicted in 2009 that USA’s Economy would collapse this year, <2011>. His analysis considered the American Debts and Deficits would increase more and its Productive Capacity much weaker compared to generations before.  The USA’s Economy will be divided into 4-5 Regions, and it will then collapse at last. Being frustrated, President Obama of the USA then must use Military Action.  The Financial Domination will be surpassed by Red China and Russia.

Naturally, Mr. Panarin’s Analysis is just a Hypothesis.  However, from Hypothesis to Theory, it could be possibly occur.  Now, palavering and visioning a far future, what will we see?  Will the American-Western Culture/Civilization still exist in one Block?

Basing on the World Tour of  Mr. Obama when he was chosen as the President of the United States with his wonderful Speeches, World Communities did understand his attitude and mankind ideal  ideology <How Can We Practice Our Responsibility Towards Our Better World Social Welfare Today, in this New Era?>. This is an Era of Mutual International Promotion for better Understanding, Sharing and Compromising together. How could each Individual, each family, each person live worthy by respecting each other? All of us have the Right to have a Peaceful Life and Equal Development.  Is this a right that is the Responsibility of All Peoples in this World?  We need to share our Energy to build a International Welfare Community.  We need to control our Conscience to be purified and valued.  We must ask ourselves if we are worthy living, building a Just Society and treating each other with dignity in our Globe.

Personally, his Words raise the Spirit of Responsibility for All of Us to build this World.  We must absolutely respect Human Rights, our Human Freedom and Democracy.  We must respect the Freedom of Religions and respect others with sincerity. Therefore, may I ask this Question if the Quintessence of American Culture or Civilization has also implied a Certain Value beside its Materialism?  The real Value of the United States of America should be also included in its Humanity Character which has been supporting USA to overcome all Difficult Periods in its History.

Therefore, I also believe USA Society could not be A Collapsed Civilization or a Collapsed American Economy.  Why?  Matured, Democratic and Justice American Society has several different reasons that have been stably structuring American Foundation that couldn’t be easily collapsed.  Just consider its famous Human Rights Declaration, its National Interdependent Constitutions and Accomplishments and Progressiveness.

I don’t believe and will never believe that Russia and Red China can unite into an Alliance in order to compete with the USA’s, or even be victorious over it because of USA’s Humanity Accomplishes and Values have been sharing with our Present World.  I expect the USA will be calm and control its Behaviors.  With its Quintessence and aura of Intelligence, the USA must protect its Human Morality with patience referred in its Original Constitution by the Founding Fathers; USA will naturally overcome its difficult periods.  Being like an Individual, with his high self esteem and willingness, sooner or later success in life will arrive. .
