The present Societal Environment at Germany and England is confused and Several Ethnics Groups are so frustrated.  Immediately, I associate myself to my Family where only 9 members, but we have 10 different opinions. They debate daily roughly and their views are quite different. However, in general, when our Family Interests meet certain point, my Parents usually form a Conference between their Children. 

After this Familial Debate, we usually have a Compromising Part. Then, we are again better, living together more peacefully. Personally, the Key Point is the Individual Interest among us. Everyone in my family hopes To Be Fair among us. Like USA or the United States of America, since its establishment period, American has experienced a lot of their social sufferings.  We have read several Periods of Movement, such as the Slaves Liberation Movement to the Human Rights Movement of Minister Martin Luther King, then, the Women Equal Rights Protest, the Returning Citizen Right for all Ethnic Groups <Latino and Indian>, and finally, USA’s Changed Immigration Laws in its Constitution, etc.

The United States Of America Constitution is always updated with Amendments. So, to our experience, from a Family to a Nation, we need an appropriate Wisdom to solve our Interest and Power Conflicts anyway.  Social Prejudices are leading to Wrongdoings.  Do all Governments know How To Solve these Social Problems progressively or not?

If Totalitarian Governments block this Injustice, They could not compromise the Interest of all Ethics.  A Nation needs not only its Fair Constitution, but its Citizens must understand and learn better this Significant Ideology.

An ideal National Education must plant in Youth Generations so that, when being grown up, they practice their Right Behaviors in life. Our Society or Societies could be only peaceful, without Interest Conflicts, if our Society respects our Acceptable Human Rights & the Common Justice which is generally known as our National Laws, or our Nation’ Legal Foundation. This National Legal Foundation must be respected and practiced by all citizen, intellectuals and popular classes.

In order to maintain such a Good Societal Environment, all of us must share and contribute; together we positively fight for that Direction and establish a stabilized Culture, which is similar, the USA’s One. However, we also understand that American Culture still meet some Shortcomings, but not much.  We expect this Cultural Environment will be safe and peaceful.  The Second Part we consider is the Welfare for all Families in Society.  There shouldn’t be a serious gap of the Rich and the Poor.

We have well understood that the Gap of the Rich and Poor, if being serious, will cause a lot of Protests sooner or later.  That is the Critical Need that all National Governments must know how to harmonize in order to balance the Welfare Level among all Classes of People in a Society.  We’d understand the Balance Doctrine from our human historical old time as of today to follow and to set up our standards of operation.  The good Sample of the New Land, USA, has almost reached 3 centuries of Human Cultural Harmony.  We need to understand the Melting Pot Significance and its Progressive Steps in our experience Life, don’t we?
