The VND Inflation should be understood as the result of an Economy having been influenced by the Domestic Finance & Investment Activities.  Each Battlefield, even Finance or Economy, includes its Groups of Army, including several Units, having been operated in that battlefield. Communist Vietnam is the very Land Field of several Newly Rich Capitalists and Finance & Investment Networks whose Strategies are super professional.  We have experienced the Soviet Federation, which in the past, has been once collapsed economically.

The proudest Smart Brains of CVN Leaders are irregularly floating as the Ocean Waves like they are fighting a group of Ghost Jack O Lanterns whose Strategies appear and disappear secretly and suddenly. So, what Components in the Nation will be harmed and suffered? Unfortunately, It is the majority component of poor and hungry citizens. While the Government’s Anti Poor & Hungriness Strategy has not been attained at a favorable level, Vietnamese Patriotism has not been sincere, highly promoted and unique.  While the Minority Rich Groups are lacking of knowledge, therefore, the Majority of the People are suffering in this Battlefield anyhow.

The situation has also related to the Ideology of the Governmental New Direction, in which, several Skills have not been well learned and adaptable to cure the facing Economy Damage of the Capitalist Economy. So, it is advisable for Communist Countries in general not to be arrogant to avoid their Failure Phases possibly happened in this field.  The reason is to understand the Micro Aspect is easier than the Macro Network, which is more complicated.

How many of Finance/Investment Networks and Mafia Groups are there in the Region?
In what Networks are there the Billionaires who have allied each other in their various Multinational Incorporations? Meanwhile, the Newly Rich VN Red Capitalists of the Poor Vietnam usually practice their Corruption Businesses.  Is that the Phenomenon of A Self-Falling Defense Citadel?
The main Reason is Majority of People gained nothing at all in this Battlefield.  While the Government’s Harmony Policy has been not bright, the Developed Knowledge and Technology are at a beginning level.  Naturally, if CVN were participating the Battlefield, CVN Leaders would be in suffering, wouldn’t they?

However, we’d better wait several Strategies of the Networks for better understanding CVN will be influenced & how to be survival. The VND Inflation Phenomenon must have a certain reasons related, either CVN’s Finance and Investment Policies are wrong or certain Newly Rich Capitalist Groups are maneuvering their operations for their own purpose and which Superpowers have been involving this Land Field.

Haven’t CVN Leaders caught and understood the Economy Warfare, because our Rural Economy Knowledge could not use to face against the high level of Urban One?

We hope Vietnam, sooner or later, will bloom some New Supermen in this Professional Field.
