Generally viewing the World, several Nations are very disturbing toward Red China.  Majority of them think Red China has been merging so fast.  Sooner or later, Red China could reach the level of a Superman, possibly replacing the present Superpower Chanp USA. Considering Red China’s remarkable Economy Developed Rate, people have also thought Red China has already gained the Champ position.

In fact, there are several different Aspects, which have absolutely challenged with High Standards of a Nation’s Development or Evolution in order to become a Champ.  In the WWI and WWII Periods, for example, when USA was first time known by the World while there were some typical Allies that considered USA just as a Rookie Power. While Hitler of Germany, King Hiro Hito of Japan and Mussolini of Italy, the three leaders of the Fascist Axle Force have disregarded USA and started attacking the whole Europe (France, Spain, England) and reaching Russian Land with their very strong Army Force. Meanwhile, the Fascist Japanese Forces controlled Asia. The very famous Japanese Squadron of War Airplanes with fearless before death Pilots attacked & paralyzed completely the American Naval Fleet in Pearl Harbor at Pacific Ocean.  Even being worried of their Armament, USA and the Free World Nations, aiming at Human Justice & gathering together as the United Allies Forces that decided to counter-attack the Fascist Forces immediately. Having depended on the Human Justice and Human Rights, the Allies Forces won the World War II at last.  Hiroshima and Nagasaki of Japan were bombed with two American Atomic Bombs and Japan’s King Hiro Hito surrendered the Allies Force without any condition. Several well-known American Generals commanded their Infantry, Naval and Air Forces supporting European Forces positively and finally, the Fascist Axle Force was destroyed.  Finally, Mankind was happy welcoming the International Peace.

However today, our World Community is facing another Brutal Regime, which could be more dangerous than the Fascist One.  With the Perestroika Political Movement of Russia, the Collapse of the Soviet Federation Block was happened, however, a numbers of Communist/Totalitarian Nations still remain, like Red China, Communist Cuba, North Korea and Communist Vietnam havkng menaced Mankind more seriously. Fortunately, in the world, USA position is still strong as the Superpower Champ blocking the Arrogant Attitude of Red China.

If Red China is so ambitious to be the Superpower Champ, It must follow the Processes that USA has been through previously.  First, the Natural Laws Chance must be met and second beside its Human Harmony, its Environmental Conditions; Red China Cultural Other Different Professional Fields must be required with necessary & appropriate Knowledge. Our past History shows USA did not use only Strong Military Force but also the balanced General Human Rights Practice, domestically and internationally as well.

In just a period of 300 years, USA has characterized its matured Human Ideology and overcome Ability, both better than China, to become the World Leader.   Today, we may ask if any Red China Leader in its Political Headquarter originally comes from Tibetan or Uruguay Ethnic Groups? Exclusively, the weak Humanity Policy & the disqualified Managing Skills of Red Chinese Leaders have caused majority of Chinese in their poor and injustice condition.

If dividing the whole Red China’s GDP (Gross Domestic Products) to its whole Population, for example, then comparing Chinese Income Per Capita, we may estimate Red China Welfare Level needs another Century to be equal USA’s IPC now. 

Additionally, other important factors, such as, Human Rights, Freedom and Humanity could require Red China at least 7-8 decades to attain the Favorite Level of present American Society.

For example, Black People only heard the Term of Slavery Liberation of their USA President Abraham Lincoln in 16th century.  Until the midterm of the 19th century, Minister Martin Luther King could accomplish his Victory for Human Rights Confrontation.  So, USA Superpower Champ did require a long Social Process, with gradual improving different social reality periods and accomplishments.  Even so, USA Societal Welfare today is still challenging several other factors to be better for USA Citizens, while Red China has not given up positively its Serious Cultural Disease.  How possible could Red China reach the period of the Superpower Champ? Overlooking several aspects of Red China Culture, there are several other Tumors that still require longer time to cut off or cure. 

In brief, we should consider several Elements to become a Superpower Champ; Red China must adjust or improve for a longer time. We absolutely think Red China needs much more time to improve several Social Aspects.   In conclusion, a Superpower Champ also needs Steps by Steps to engage Its Righteous Characters, its Justice Human Rights Policy to gain its Glorious Success, however, it also needs time to improve its Citizens as well.  However, we always expect that Red China will sooner or later become a Real Superpower among several Others in our World. They will be working together and sharing their Values, Goodwill, and Accomplishments to build up and maintain our Peace and Welfare for all Global Races forever!
