People have expected the Social Environment in VN will be attaining a Better Evolution Level, but suddenly this Society has not changed at all. Following the statement of GS Nong Duc Manh, the Communist Countries still hold firmly their Direction being considered as the Foundation & Social  Interest which has been leading to a vague Social Highest Context. 

The main reason is the whole Vietnamese has already delegated Vietnamese Communist Party since the 1992-94 Socialist VN Constitution.  So, naturally that Cultural Context will be infected with Cancer for longer time.  Until the Whole Vietnamese People are able to wake up, then we may expect the Internal Changes be happened.

Recently, Vietnamese overseas have seen Paris by Night 99; We’re Vietnamese, they record in their mind a Vietnamese Value; however it seems very vague, just because the main direction is Individualized Objective.  What will they do when their Bank Account is full of money?  Well, they could do some Charitable Services toward their Country or Community.  However, in vain, they could not overturn the Communist Authority, or eliminate the cultural cancer as expected.

Let’s observe over the 11th Conference of VCP (Vietnamese Communist Party), the Cultural Viruses have opened their half eyes and smiled as a joke.  These Viruses have completely infiltrated and occupied all the heart, liver, lungs, almost everywhere of the Vietnamese Society.  The Cancer Specialists have also given up and in the overseas, another disease of Vietnamese being known as Materialist Alienation is also being happened.

Living in a Society being considered a Free World, Vietnamese also have a special character of the mind of a Businessman with lot of calculation; even they have seen a lot of shortcomings of a Communist Regime in the country. Several of them have become rich; they naturally invested their income into stocks or securities to gain more profits.  If they are richer, they can share a little into the Charity Purposes, or Non Governmental Organizations to get more Awards being held on their home walls or in a certain community’s Museum with pride.

Individually, they can hardly share themselves into their Country’s Patriotism.  They consider only their children, how to invest their kids to be successful in life.  Thinking about their younger siblings, they have a common philosophical statement as, Let’s Them Taking care of Their Generation, such as the proverb of Vietnamese Culture saying, Life of a Crab, It will take care of the Dig, Life of Small Crab, It knows how to survive anyway.

Then now, we consider observing our Whole Mankind Garden’s Revolution or Evolution, what do we see?  The Majority Poor Societies are still in Asia and Africa. The Exploited Class is always under educated people.  The Minority Class is always rich living in luxury homes and their life is more comfortable.

So the expecting New Revolution is still in the Accumulated Phase while the Bad Habits of New Classes of the Red as well as Blue Capitalists, together, have been exploiting the Whole Globe, not in an individual nation, but in the majority of our world community.  Their permanent Logo is how to improve Humanity.  The more they are intelligent, the more they know how to exploit lower classes of people.  By this reason, the Cycle of Real Evolution for our Universe and Mankind must be waiting and waiting longer as we have experienced with Marxist Revolution whose leaders now become Red Capitalists. Both the Blue and the Red Capitalists are not aiming to help the Proletariat Class positively but very negatively as we’ve known. If so, Human Societies will have to wait another Cycle. But when will the next Social Cycle be coming? Or, otherwise, until the Human Destructive Morality is at the bottom or lowest level when it automatically rises up again, just because, it is the Natural Laws.
