Even after 13 long years, the two separated minds of USA and China are gathering together today, 1/18/2011 as the Forecasted Schedule. This is really an Important Date between the two Leaders, USA and China, President Barack Obama and Prime Minister Hu Jintao.  In order to understand this detail schedule, first, we may see the Protocol and the main schedule issues.  Surrounding the White House, the Human Rights issue is mainly be leagued & raised by the oversea Vietnamese, Tibetan and Uruguay Activists, being supported by The Freedom for Human Rights and Religions NGOs as well. 

In this important Meeting between USA and China leaders, Pres. Obama and PM Hu Jintao, they‘d have been frustrated a lot through the scheduled items.  The forehead is the mutual Economy between two countries, particularly the Imbalanced Trade and Money Exchange Rate, a kind of China Policy’s Monetary Manipulation.  USA thinks that China has played an unfair game, by lowering its Yuan at the lowest level in order to increase its exportation, limiting importation from US.  That means American Products’ Price is higher in a lot of USA Companies in compare with China’s. Therefore, USA Companies are seriously hurt because of facing difficulties in exportation.  The Unemployment Rate in USA is still high and the numbers of houses for closure are increased. 

Absolutely, the two leaders will consider in details about the general situation so that they can only set up & solve peacefully and appropriately their Excessive International Confrontations.  Probably, they would give in each other little by little, compromising all their critical events recently happened, such as the Sovereignty of the Bull Tongue Area in Pacific Sea, or the Yellow Event when the North Korean used force sinking the South Korean’s Chonan Vessel in March 2010 and the recent shelling on Yonpyong Island in November 2010 of North Korean Artillery, and  finally,  the Interrupted Conference between the North Korea and the 6 Atomic Nations in the Region will be continued.  How can the two leaders measure each other next move for their Superpowers at present?  There have been several Mutual Problems that they must solve, particularly, after the World War II with the New Red China and its Frustrations that seem exploding into behaviors and actions to challenge USA which has been considered as a Paper Tiger?  The long time accumulated Complex of New Red China, an inferior complex towards USA, has been seen through its arrogant & challenging Show Offs over the World Continents, steering its whole People’s Self Esteem Spirit in recent periods, specially the Feedback n of USA to protect its Prestige in the East Sea Event. 

It would be also Red China has seen clearly the International Environment General Situation and It must apply a Soft Diplomatic Policy to USA.  It is not the right time to challenge USA another Chest Game Move?

Therefore, in this Summit Conference, the two Players can not check made each other, due to the facts that they have well understood each other.  They need to soften down their over active Wound, due to both Eastern as well as Western Jungle Regions are in trouble, facing the Poor and Starvation as well as Confused Economic Critical Problems.
If the Jungle Lake drought status is spreading out larger, every Animal in the Jungle should receive the same Miserable Destiny.  They have understood those problems and their Understanding Attitude will help each other mutually instead of causing tensions to each other in this International Summit, like Mr. Hu Jintao promised, China will consider mutual Economic Transactions about 45 billions of US dollars in America, China will consider improving its Human Rights problem gradually due to its special situation, etc..

The two Nations’ Tend of Minds will be fully understood and the two Countries naturally will bloom a Human Care for each other between USA and China. The World Community will be applause their hands with happiness?  Waiting for the next Rice Crops, the World’s Crop will be yellow all over the International Economy Meadows, additionally, the two USA-China relationships still set up related mutual responsibilities in this International Contact.  Mankind may temporarily welcome their Spring of Love, between USA and China! 

But how about, after this Lovely Spring Relation, probably  in coming Fall & Winter Cold Days, will these two Superpowers, with new different situations, new different needs  and ambition, be facing harder challenges for each other? However, people in the World still expect this Bound Relationship of US & China will be better in future.
