Personally, the KT2 Modal is very impressive if this Modal adjusts more Basic Background Problems.  We consider it’s Progressive Objective if the Adjustments are met. Therefore, all of Its Structures must be promoted correctly after selecting Best Points to follow.   First, its Political Pt of View must be improved to establish a Culture of Real Democracy, respecting Human Rights and Freedom.  In order to accomplish this, present Communist Government should remove immediately the Totalitarian Character away.  For example, among our Brothers, there is the Eldest One who is very dictatorial.  He talks by himself, does things by himself while his wife is tied at the corner of the bed and his children are kicked out of his family.

The Family’s Argumentation and Fighting are spread out into the neighborhood and people discuss and criticize this typical family all the times. Several times, family members dare not to get out of their home.  In general, very few of patriot protesters like Mr. To Hai or Father Ly speak up the social problems.  Speaking about Human Characters, good qualified Vietnamese are not seen in the Societal Leaders class as required. Their National Management Skill is not adequate.  Considering that at family level, the internal elements are still confused.  How could they be proud with others in the community? So, how could they be promoted with higher qualities and better than their previous revolutionary leaders to resume the National Successful Factor?

Beside, considering further about the acceptance of a Plurality Regime in the country, the Government Officials must listen to their family members, relatives and friends as well, because we are living in the World Community in deed.  The more qualified the Leaders the more our National Leadership gains more successful Accomplishments. 

Our Life Style on Earth could become a Paradise one would be produced from the Best Characters of our Leaders in this world.  In our old time, a famous General Tran Hung Dao did give up his power and interest to live as a normal citizen.  Today, another famous example from Russia, Mr. Gorbahev also says good bye to his high income position to change his society. When there are lots of corruptions and greediness, good leaders must know how to avoid several things to realize their Social Noble Objective. 

The example of Uncle Ho for example, he also has different aspects and some of them would be considered good characters for a leader of the time.  We may select the best ones to follow and get ridge of the bad ones to avoid anyhow.  Further, speaking about different Religions, national leaders must listen to several voices of people and know how to harmonize their interests as well as the national welfare.  That step of doing and thinking will lead our Country to a Higher Promoted Society.

The Government must eliminate the National Corruption Disease and the Government Officials must be courageous to step down, giving up their official positions to more Talented Leaders without expectancy. Leaders must be sincere and intelligent to make good decision, to establish a more stable National Politic Frame which may direct several younger Generations for their Country and their more valued Culture.

Leaders also have to understand several Modals of Politic Regimes and make a good selection most appropriate and independent One for their Nation.  Being not scare of several Social Critics or Discussions and well listening to them will be a good chance for bright Leaders to adapt the Opportunity to their Nation and Culture. 

The main reason is how to improve our Nation.  Mentioning about some typical cases as Japanese King Hiro Hito who, in the WWII period, knew very well his country and surrendered his King position.  Like another character, President Roh Moo Hyun, South Korea did record in history a good example.  Another character well known as Old La Vong a fisherman by the Vi river in Chinese History.  They are Best Examples for us to improve our Personality and our Cultural Value.

Therefore, the Opinion of our Modal KT2 will have several Challenges.  We need to invest more in our Younger Generations because our Nation is in need of Talents and Union.  We must unite together to have a stronger nation as our Cultural Proverb which says:  With one tree, it doesn’t build any force, but with three trees, their force could make a mountain.  Nowadays, European Society is not the same as the American One.  In Europe, the People Welfare is better than the One in USA.  Who can assure that the Modal KT2 can’t solve the present Societal Equation?  Even, we know that, if All National Leaders in the World are sincere and debate positively, that Modal could bring to All the Synthesis of Capitalism and Socialism and that Direction will lead our Mankind’s Future Voyage.
