Red China seems to become the Regional Empire like the time of Qin Dynasty, with Tyrant Qin Shi Huang? China’s Dream of becoming a Regional Superpower has been proving as the invasion of Tibet Area and the assimilation of Xinjiang Land. Recently, Red China has declared the East Sea Bull Tongue Area its base sovereignty, after its invasion to Vietnam’s NamQuan Gate, BanGioc Fall and Paracell Islands.  Today, Red China uses Economic Strategy to lease long-term Vietnam’s Highland Region for Bauxite Exploitation. Red China has shown its ambition to be superpower in Asia Region while Communist VN Government doesn’t reflect strongly at all. Why?

It could be easily understood that CVN has been accepted its subordinate position.  Even Red China is wisely cheating, Vietnamese in the country as well as overseas have realized.  However, by what reasons hasn’t Vietnam been changing its Communist Regime?  In reality, VN Communists have been planting their Interest Trees from Peking for several years.  Let’s look at their past supported weapons, technologies, projects, Red China has nourished Communist Vietnam, particularly VN Communist Leaders.  

In recent 1000 yrs of Thang Long Anniversary which reflected clearly its Chinese Influence.  Additionally, VNC weak Economy has been supported by Red China several times.  They still have Aid Programs or Under Table Projects through Secret Files, which have been leaked publicly in recent periods.  The Periods from the time VNC got along with Russia and sustained by the revenge of Red China.  Until VNC withdrew its Military Forces from Kampuchea and re compromised with Red China Leader, Deng Xiao Ping who issued at once 16 Golden Words and 4 Goods to VNC.  We must consider all the 4 Goods in Vietnamese Term that also means the subordinating Pawn and its new mission.

VNC knew at once this bad and good price in getting along with Red China, but VNC was in a position of a smaller species, which must follow the stronger one, while Vietnamese people were still dreaming, without any protest at all.  Domestically, we may observe through several VN citizens were oppressed or captured by VNC secret agents or more 4 millions of fled VN refugees in overseas.  We may conclude that the Internal Anti Communist Force is too weak to form a social revolution and the overseas Vietnamese who were tied with their living earning jobs that have drawn them into a materialistic alienation life or status. 

 So, their Tree of Interests have been growing bigger and bigger.  The cultural elements that may change the environment could be the main reasons, but time is needed in this society now, because overseas Vietnamese patriotic force is completely weak.  Their bad habits are corruption in the country and materialistic alienation status in overseas.  Domestic youth are carefree and enjoying dating and dancing while VNC education has brainwashed them to follow Communist ideology for a long time.

Red China and VNC citizen are similar when its Cultural Cancer has infected the Communist Culture.  It should require several decades for the people to realize the situation.  Through several studies of sociologists, when the Communist bad habits are planted in their mind, also Western Modal in Western or American Countries as well, it takes a long time to influence and change.  In the Western Societies, the human rights and democracy is more respected, however they are still facing a lot of social shortcomings anyway. Therefore, Mankind is still in hardship while waiting for a better or more matured environment.  We hope by that period, we are happier.

 Indeed, why do they have different attitudes? Was it influenced by their different living conditions? If considering Red China’s Attitude today, why did they accept to welcome back Scholar Confucius?  In the Mao Zedong’s Cultural Revolution Period, Communist China burned all of his Books, similarly the period of Qin Emperor who was arrogant and didn’t respect Confucius doctrine and morality as well as the Citizen’s Human Rights.

Probably with an unlucky fate, Chinese People Life has been in hardship & poor condition for a long wars and cultural revolutions; therefore, the parents have been endured and frustrated.  Their children, being still young without experience, haven’t attained a matured attitude, which requires more time and life experiences.  If they are closed and still arrogant, how can they get along peacefully with their neighbors? It is not easy to gain a Moderate Attitude at once, but Chinese must learn and adapt along with International Public Opinions.  Why did our mankind old Civilizations collapse? Is it true that their Human Behaviors were not matured and stable? They didn’t practice human characters, didn’t respect human rights & justice as well as compromise balanced welfare or all.

An arrogant and closed Attitude of Red China, disregarding several sincere critics of the World Public Opinion shows its shortcoming and immaturity.  It is quiet hard for Red China to associate with Mankind Independence on earth.  Furthermore, with its cultural frustration, Red China rejects the Nobel Prize for Mr. Liu Xiao Bo, a righteous Democracy & Human Rights Fighter, meanwhile creates internally the Confucius Peace Prize has shown that Red China Leaders’ Cultural Frustration is deeply reflected without understanding wholly our Earth’s Human Social Problems. So is the Mutated Cultural Thinking Ability of Vietnam Communists. Naturally, Red China, the Locomotive Engine will continue drawing its subordinating wagon, Communist Vietnam.
